Make-up /face colouring

I'm very pale, with very bad skin, acne and acne scars so I need a foundation with good coverage.
But without make-up my face is ~3 shades darker than my neck, at the moment I mix my foundation with body cream and apply that to blend with my neck.
However it can come off easily as I wear scarves all the time, leaving me with a pale neck and dark face. Although it's how I am naturally it looks like my foundation is too dark, making me look a fool.

    Any suggestion?

    Thanks!

Do you set your foundation on your neck with powder? The body cream wouldn't help with the staying power of the foundation. It'll make it greasy.

Could bronzer bring up the colour on your neck?

You could try a face/body foundation like the one MAC and Make-up Forever do. The Make-Up Forever one would be slight better for you as it as a sort of powdery finish so less likely to come off on clothes.

There is a type of foundation called Kryolan pancake make-up where you have to dampen it to apply it (with a baby sponge). You can get it in Make-up Forever. It's used in Theatre, TV and Film to apply to the body and when it dries on the skin it doesn't rub off on clothes.

Maybe go to a make-up counter and see if they can give advice. (very hard when I can't see what ya look like! :) )
