gave the chap at customer care the serial number of the card, and he says it should work, but theres nothing he can do. he said phone tomorrow and they will be able to do something.

sigh. i tried seeing how much credit ive left on the modem and got this :
Unable to return your balance at this current time. Please try again later or call Customer Care on 1905 for further details.

ive no idea how much ive left and when ill be able to top up. wtf?
is there something up with meteor?

ive been really happy with it, speeds where ok just for surfing boards, but when i got back from australia at the start of last month the modem turns blue and it says ive speeds of up to 7.2 megs possible.
is the upgrade in speed now funking with my ability to top up i wonder.

i dont expect anyone to fix it, but maybe someone else has gone through it or can shed some light on the matter. :)
