    My connection has been timing out alot over the past few days, but has got a bit better.
    Just a few minutes ago it timed out and when i reconnected I started getting a huge ping.

    stats:
    Max Allowed Speed (kbps) 7168 384
    SN Margin (dB) 20.00 8.00
    Line Attenuation (dB) 16.50 10.00

    Just wondering if anyone has any ideas why it would just start doing this now?

    Your line stats are excellent so you should not be having drop outs. Are you using wireless or ethernet connection. It would be helpful if people posted this type of information up front.
