new motown/soul dance band

I am interested in hearing from musicians (brass/wind, guitarists, piano/keyboard players, percussionists) and singers who feel they they have something to offer a new motown/soul dance band I am putting together for the wedding/ cabaret/ dance/ corporate entertainment scene. I have been in the same dance band now for 14 years and am looking for a new challenge and I want to make a lot of money. I am 35 years old, based in Kildare, very proffesional minded and a perfectionist. I want to hear from serious performers who want to play only the best with the best. After a rehearsal period you will be in a position to arrive at gigs, set up your gear, perform, get paid and go home.
