Does anyone know whether it is possible for a mother to claim from a father of a child who is living in Ireland from the UK?

So the details are, the mother lives in the UK and the father lives in Ireland, if she were to be able to find him can she make a claim for child support?

    Thanks.

There have been a number of changes regarding the CSA system, it isn't working that well in the UK as it is so not sure how it copes with out of country stuff...?
