    I am half way through this autobiography by Mark Cavendish and surprisingly am enjoying it. It is a good read and well written. I am slowly changing my opinion of him.

    This is the thing that gets me with autobios or bios, it used to be that you'd have to be a certain age to have one whereas nowadays all u need is a little bit of fame and hey presto out comes your bio, can't understand it at all at all. Ole Mark is only 24 and ok he's done great with all his wins and he's the fastest man in the bunch at the moment but he's already got a bio and he's only 24 !

    Is he gonna be like that wayne rooney lad and have a couple of bios out before he's even reached 30 ? Oh i know next his girlfriend will have one out, hmmm will we have to think of a new name for cycling wags ?

    Anyway Signal sorry about the little rant there but just couldn't help it, so is the bio any good ?
