    Hey,

It depends of your budget really! heres a list of the places in newry:

Canal Court Hotel (main hotel in the city centre.. )
Francis Court Hotel (across from buttercrane, o' dowds bar)
Mourne Country Hotel (outskirts of the city)

I would recommend maybe Warrenpoint or Newcastle if its a rosemantic weekend, as you can walk along the seafront in both locations with full view of the Mourne Mountains as opposed to shopping centres and canal alge' !?

    Try this website:

Newry - good for shopping but not romance! Head for Warrenpoint as you are close to Rostrevor, Mournes etc, Kilbroney forest park. Whistledown Inn is one option. Newcastle has the Slieve Donard.....
