HELP- chemically straightened hair

    Just wondering if anyone knows how to strip the stuff used to chemically straighten your hair- I got my hair chemically straightened during a trip to Thailand in Jan-The hairdresser told me it would last 5 months max- roll on 7 months and i still dont have a curl in sight- anyone have any ideas on how to strip the rest of the chemicals from my hair? really want my curls back:(

    I dont know if you can get anyting to strip it out. When a friend of mine got her hair chemically straightened she let it grow out and then cut it.
