HELP! iPod Classic

    My iTune will not read my IPod and all my music has been deleted, can't seem to sync it. No idea whats wrong.
    Please help, I have a lot of important stuff on my Ipod
    Also, i tried the usual scan my iPod and fix it but it wont scan. I can't afford to reformat it and lose all my music



    Now I can't even get iTunes to open
