Evidence Course-which book?

    Just wondering what the best written material to acquire for the evidence course (kings inns) is/are?

    The Independent manual is not great but will pass you, assuming you mean for the entrance exam.

    Declan McGrath's book is a good investment. Healy is also good, but they are take a differing stance on the rules of Evidence in general terms e.g., one is more lefty than the other. Both are good.

    I think though that the Diploma notes will be enough for that course, and Ross Gorman's Nutshell provides materials which are good. Nutcases is also not bad.

    If considering investing, McGrath for me.
