    Hi Jayeire.

I'm the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for my badminton club. I suppose in a nutshell the job of the PRO is to publically promote the club. Things I would usually do include:
    1. Writing weekly notes for our local newspapers with details of all club activites, upcoming events, reports on matches and tournaments, photographs etc etc
    2. Maintiaining the club website (although this could be done by someone else also but I think its good for the PRO to do this as there would be a lot of overlap from point 1!)
    3. Putting up posters around the locality informing people where the club is, what nights we play on, and how to join us.
    4. Maintaining the club notice board, putting up flyers and posters for all upcoming events both within and outside the club.
    5. I also like to keep a scrap book each year with all the hightlights of the club year (tournaments, match results, some pictures) which is presented to our Captain at the end of the year as a momento of their year as Captain.
I'm sure there are lots more things I could be doing, but I find this keeps me busy enough as I also like to play badminton too:)
