New Sky card prevents addition of FTA channels

Hi there, wondering if anyone has had a similar issue since installing the new sky card. When I first noticed the additional channels had disappeared (UTV, cBeebies etc.) I went through the process of re-installing them - so far so good. Except even though it appears to have stored them, they don't appear in 'additional channels'. They also seem to have put in a limit on how many channels you can store as it is saying 'channel limit reached' when I try to add new channels (even though I can't find the additional channels I have stored to delete some!). They don't show up in the normal channel listing, so don't know where they are. Any ideas anyone?

How many channels are you storing?

I have heard that some people have problems if they store more than one page worth of channels.

i have 35 channels stored over 3 pages with sky+:D

I had to reinstall all my other channels as well. They dont appear when u press options and then go to other channels. But press select at other channel and ur channels appear. Mine do anyway

It's illegal for Sky to block adding FTA channels, but they don't have to make it easy.

If you have a lot of alerts stored it may run out of space to "Add Channels".

Greenman can you clarify, i don't have an 'options' option, afaik I go to services, then other channels. Is there another way to get them?

Still stuck on this one, if anyone else can help it would be greatly appreciated
