Where are you based? In Dublin most phone shops have signs in their windows offering 3G jailbreaking.

Hi I followed the instructions as per the list and now my iPhone 3G is jailbroken, but I don't have any network connection. Any one able to help? Do I just need to retry it?

I can't do a restore as the iPone won't connect to iTunes. Its stating the following error.
An iPhone has been detected, but could not be identified properly. Please disconnect and reconnect the iPhone, then try again.

Is there any other way to do a restore?

I finally got iTunes back connecting, and done a full restore and then tried again. Third time around I still can't get any network coverage.

I've also tried Settings > General > Reset > Reset netwrok Settings, but to no avail. Is there something I am missing or is it possible my iPhone isn't suitable for jailbreaking
