i found this one last year it seem the town is called f..king,the chief of police said british keep pinching the f..king signs,so they had to make them out of concrete, and they dident think it was f..king funny

The sign with the kids says "bitte nicht so schnell" translated means please, not so fast.

Soooooooo when you put the two signs together you get "****ing, please not so fast"
