Online bank transfers abroad

As far as I am aware only AIB and BOI offer online bank transfers to foreign accounts. Are there other bank offering this kind of service?

I do this from time to time on my NIB account - you just need the swift and iban codes

can't do it online with Halifax, but can do it on the phone easily. Just need the IBAN and swift details etc.
