Could you do without your nipples?

Had a few drinks with friends tonight,typical pub conversation arose about what body part you could live without. One of the girls in our company said she would give up her nipples,said they were'nt really that sensitive.Now i can understand a bloke given up his nipples if he had to give up a body part,but i never heard of a female willing to give them up?.I personally would give them up before eyelids, nose, hands, feet, cock,ears, nose etc,etc.
Anyone feel strongly about keeping their nipples over other body parts?.......hic!.
Also someone tried to argue that nipples are'nt a full body part in themselves but are part of a breast.I feel that given the importance of nipples in porno movies ,along with the amount of close up shots that they receive that they do indeed meet the criteria for been clasified as a body part.Also most the women i know say they like having their nipples sucked,tweeked(did i spell this right?),etc,etc,and they do seem to enjoy it(although they could be faking it).
I know that this serious issue can only be resolved by requesting the assistance of my AH brethern.Lets face it ,it's a lot more important than that Lisbon treaty crap everyone else seems to be rabbiting on about.
