    Hi there

I'm doing my Hdip this year in English and Spanish, and, well, although my degree is in spanish, I never actually sat it at junior/leaving cert level.

I've never taught it either, so have no idea about the course structure. As I know that I will be teaching Higher level Spanish for Leaving Cert next year, I'm wondering if anyone can give me a run-down of what is involved, particularly from a grammar point of view

    thanks

Order the syllabus from Easons and get some papers. It'll give you a good idea. All the papers are online aswell on examinations.ie. Can't help you anymore as no nothing about the course.

I'm sure there must be some sort of Spanish Teachers' Association - most subjects have them. Perhaps a Spanish teaching colleague can let us know.
