Not likely in these current economic times. Depends on what kind of money they're looking for it. You couldn't really call that complex a 'shopping centre' though.

The bank is moving to a better location and it will ease traffic flow on the road from Sheelin Dr to the Ennis rd as people abandoned their cars at both sides of the road while they "ran" to the bank
