I've only once sat in on a case (and that only briefly) and I've been meaning to go in again but I never got down to it.

Well tomorrow (or today I suppose) is the last day of sitting until late October, so I'm going in.

I tried to see if there was a listing online, but no luck.
Does anyone know of any interesting cases going on?

And what time do the courts open?

10:30 Supreme Court Keena privilege case is in for judgment.

Masters Court is fun. Court 8 etc.

Oh excellent, I'll try for that case, it looks fascinating.

    Thanks for the tip.

Bit late I suppose but An Taoiseach v. Information Commissioner in Court 13 in front of O'Neil J. will be very interesting (look at the front page of yesterday's times)

I missed that case, but I got to hear the Carroll judgement, (took notes), got to see Michael McDowell in action, and see someone sentenced to four years in jail (he got more, but I assume they run concurrently).

    Good fun.
