I haven't found them great to be honest. Some of them are very babyish and the others are very limiting.

The Sims 2 isn't bad at all. Your player can run around the place - it's more like a conventional game in that respect. I've only dabbled briefly with the other games but didn't like them so much. I've got a soft spot for the original Sims for the Gameboy Advance though
