I got my visa for Vietnam on visafirst.com, you could probably get a visa for Cambodia there too or you could see if you can get a visa for Cambodia at the airport or border in the country.

You get your Cambodian Visa as you enter the country - it is 21 US Dollars.

You can arrange Vietnam Visa in either Laos or Thailand before you enter there - takes 5 working days - 42 US dollars. All of the tour companies over there will be able to sort you out - it is very easy.

I have just being to these places so my info is up to date.

Cambodian visa is 20USD and is available on arrival. If entering (by land, bus) from Vietnam you will most likely enter through the Moc Bai/Bavet border. Bus guides will usually offer to 'arrange' the visa for the passengers for 24$ i.e. a nice little 20% commission for themselves. I decided against it and simply paid the 20$ at the border gate.
Think I got a lucky break though as I seemed to get the sole border guard who didnt want an extra couple of dollars to stick the visa in my passport. And thats just on the supposedly easy Vietnamese side. If entering from Thailand, be prepared for a bit of a hustle. Many border guards insist on paying in baht (c.1200) which is a massive premium for them. Try to call their bluff and pay in dollars, but chances are you'll have to give them an extra couple of bucks as well over the face value.

Vietnam is easy, just arrange it at a travel agency before you go. Easily done in either Laos or Cambodia (much cheaper in cambodia if I recall).

    Enjoy!

Oh, for cambodia as well you may be willing to look into their e-Visa option. Its 25bucks and works easily for air entry and at the Bavet border crossing. Saves a bit of the hassle of dealing with the unbelievably corrupt Cambodian officials.

Then again, there's been reports of fake websites selling these visas and taking credit card details! Make sure its the Khmer govt website you go through.

Travelfish.org is a great website for checking up on the latest visa news/border crossings by the way. Invaluable resource when travelling through SE Asia.
