The Telecommunications and Internet Federation (TIF) is funding an Analysys Mason study into the best way Ireland can build its future next-generation network (NGN). Tommy McCabe is director of TIF lecoms

The same Analysys Mason that has advised Eamonn Ryan that the NBS based on 3G/HSPA will work and has contract to monitor it.

What track record and qualifications have they?
