    4 person House in Clonskeagh, to rent for one year lease for the new term. All that is available at the moment is the twin room, so would be perfect if 2 friends are looking to share, or if any two random people are happy to share. The other 2 places are are already filled( one may change, but more info on that when it comes). Rent is probably going to work out at around 350 euro a month for each person.

    Ensuite bedroom with shower/bathroom. House installed with all necesseties( dish washer, microwave, etc. etc.). NTL also installed along with wireless. Only 10 minutes or less walk away from UCD. Beside 11 bus stop, and Windy Arbour Luas. If you're interested and looking for more information, send me a PM!

    Hi there! I'm looking for accomodation in that exact area. Going into 3rd year at UCD. Could you give some more info - are there girls, boys, or mixed in the house now? I may possibly have another girl to team up with also. Would there be pictures available?
