    I know you probably get alot of these threads so i apologize in advance!, but i was wondering what you guys thought of this bike. Its a claud butler san remo, and i think itl cost me around 500 if im to get itclaud%20butler%20san%20remo%2009.jpg

    VERY basic. Is that a 2200 groupset?

    I think you'd get a better bike second hand, or new for a little bit more money.

    well i be mainly using it for cycling in and out of work and school, nothing to hectic

    still dunno the price, but it's extremely lowely specced. there's way better bikes to be had.

    Ideally spend a bit more- try to get Sora and a carbon fork minimum. Sora works well, I had it before. 2200 may do also, Shimano generally produce good stuff even at the entry level, but I get the impression there is a bit of a step up from 2200 to Sora these days.
