    Hi Everyone

Thought I 'd put this thread together for us all to post images up while we sit and admire the fruits of our labour.

I'll get the ball rolling. This is a chicken korma dish I made last night for four people. They loved it....I was happy. :)

No matter what it is, and even if you are happy with it or not....put them up. It'll be a lot of fun.

I cut four chicken breasts into small pices and browned the chicken. I added a small bit of salt to draw out the flavour and then added the following veg:

3 scallions - finely chopped (spring onion)
1 whole onion - finely chopped
1 red pepper - finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
nandos sweet chilli marinade (lightly drizzled on mix before adding korma)
    Korma mix

It was also served with chips (fried) and garlic bread done in the oven (10-12 mins)

    Served piping hot.

Total time=40-45 mins. (I don't rush in the kitchen :D)
