    Hi,

    Due to a ruptured Achilles (grrrrr - still angry about it) I've had to withdraw from the Eireman middle-distance race on August 23rd in Courtown.

    The organisers have kindly agreed to a transfer and I've checked with the mods about posting this here. (with thanks to both the Eireman organisers and boards mods)

    So, if anyone would like to take it off my hands I'm happy to let it go for €40 instead of the normal €80 price tag.
