Quick question for all you helpful limerick folk.... where can I buy a thermometer (to measure temperature of liquids, regular long mercury one would be fine) in limerick city? I tried tesco, dunnes and argos and no luck

Are there any places that sell home brew products, you might get one in one of those places.

Also, pet shops might have them, especially if they sell fishtanks.

Try "The Kitchen Range" in Catherine Street.

They would have sugar thermometers and the like.

A Chemist I'd say. If all else fail you could get a thermocouple and reader in an Engineering Store.
