tiffanys jewellery

    I got a tiffany neclace and bracelet for my birthday last year and the bracelet broke, basically the heart fell off, and i was wondering does anybody know how much it is to get it fixed in tiffanys or do they charge at all????

    The thing that attaches the charm to my Tiffany's bracelet broke and BTs gave me a new one free even though I got the original in Las Vegas. I just brought the receipt etc.

    For the expense you pay for them, you'd think they'd be a lot longer lasting. Fair play for BTs giving you a new one though.

    yea i know its obviously more delicate than i though!!i was throwing some shapes on the dance floor when it fell off though lolol

    ok cool i dont have the reciept though but sure ill bring it in anyway tomoro and see what happens!!

    I have a lot of tiffanys jewellery and they have always been really helpful if i had any problems. They have cleaned, repaired and resized my jewellery for me free of charge on numerous occasisons.
    If you cant find the receipt you can email the store it was bought in as you usually have to give a name when you buy something so they could trace your purchase if it came to it.
    Cant say ive found the BT's Tiffanys as helpful though...US and London branches would go out of their way to help though.
