I could if I was drunk as I can do anything when I'm drunk. :D
Seriously that's not possible. Fair play to him

It's amazing what's possible when you get your wheels for free...

He has both brakes locked so is he actually stationary? bunny-hopping? and wheelying? all at the same time? Man, skillz.

Actually he impressed me quite a lot before that, he did a ferocious amount of work in the breakaway and (I think) was the last to give up and admit defeat (hard to tell from where I was standing :D). I think I heard on the tanoy that he got the combativity prize for the stage too.

He looks like a really classy rider tbh, he has that smooth-yet-powerful looking pedal stroke that just looks fast. I don't know if that translates into results but he's good to watch. His name is also bloody brilliant. Foomiyoooki Beppu. That's even better than Hi marr thu bell dia.

Well, I can't do it, but I'd say if I had a Koga Full Pro team bike with Dura Ace group- and wheel-sets I could do it no bother - and I'd be way faster, and I'd climb better, and have more stamina...

It's got to be a photo finish between him and Vladimir Karpets.

He's Japanese, they have special powers. First Japanese rider to finish the Tour de France ever (he came in a few places ahead of Arashiro, the other Japanese in the race.) He did win the combativity prize for the stage as Tom says.

A bit of a blast from the past, but how about "Djamolidin Abdujaparov"?

Beppu tweets in Japanese, English, and French, which is also impressive: if he did it whilst doing a bunnyhop and popping* a wheelie then I'd be even more impressed that I already am.

    * the term "popping" is used here in compliance with Bike Snob hipster-speak regulations

He is one of only three cyclists to have won the points competition in all three grand tours. Here he is contesting the final sprint in the 1991 Tour while safe in the green jersey:
