Most of the high street retailers are within the Quays and Buttercrane. Most people tend to overlook Hill St which is the main commercial street in the town, It has a big enough Superdrug down the bottom of it near SuperValu.
Also if you look in the Creamary retail area (near Buttercrane), they have a good Dunnes home, Peacocks and the biggest TK Maxx I've ever seen, it's brilliant. I lived in Newry for a year and loved it, was dangerous to my purse!

Was up there today. Got stuff in Topshop, Wallis and Debenhams. Oh and a sneaky bottle of vodka in Sainsbury's ;)
I spotted a TK Maxx too, but didn't go in. I'm sure the prices are cheaper as with everywhere else.
Consider getting some make-up up there too. I got a Dior Show Blackout mascara in a pharmacy in the Quays shopping centre for £18, and paid about 30euro for it in BTs.
