    Are there any hotels with balcony/terrace that face O' Connell St. in Dublin?

    Not quite a balcony but the Royal Dublin Hotel has bay window in the front bedrooms which has been recently redecorated.

    FREE underground parking.

    Recently redecorated? How recently? It was knocked down when I drove past it last week (top of O'Connell Street). It closed down last December.
