Just wondering if anyone knows who the small grey-haired man is who puts the rugs on the winning horses at all the races? Or how come he does it at all the racecourses for all the races?

His name is Gerry Daly. He's based in Dublin (I think). He and his son Mervyn have the contract through HRI for Ireland. If you need a contact for him, send me a PM.

    Thanks!

Has he the contract for producing the rugs? Or have I got that all wrong?

He's a tailor by trade. He does all sorts of horse apparell, from rugs to tail guards, rain sheets etc... he has the contract to cloth the horses in the winners enclosure through HRI.
