    Interesting that he doesn't mention how many songs he has downloaded or "shared". It's the sharing that they are clamping down more on - obviously if you can stop the source, you stop the problem.

    Despite his parents being hit with a case, he continued with his actions. Yes, there are millions of people doing it but like the old expression says "if everyone jumped off a cliff, would you do it too?". Also, all these cases that get attention bring it to peoples attention. No-one cares after the initial story is broken - nobody follows up after expressing their disgust that people can be fined millions for copying a few albums that are overcharged for anyways...So how do we know it all goes through. People aren't in the position to pay these multi-million dollar fines.....but we hear the stories. So then when people see the possibility of downloading something, they might think twice.

    Sharing is being clamped down on....but there are other ways about doing it......or actually buying music at a decent value.
