    Booked my flights on 17th of July on their website, all paid in full and the money collected by them just few days later. The email I got said I have to Re-confirm all onwards/return flights at least 72 hours by calling AER LINGUS RESERVATIONS. Monday is my flight date - I called them 3-4 times last week to make sure my flights are alright because their website couldnt check any booking - the webpage just went errors. the indian lads there on the phone just keep telling me "you will receive you ticket in the next day or two,sir". same story everytime. yesterday I called the aerlingus to confirm my flight(3 working days left), but NOBODY in the agent confirmed my flight!! the Aerlingus girl told me I must ring the agent (holidaygenie) and ask them to confirm my ticket 1st - so I back to the websit and checked my booking - NO invoice or eticket can be checked online! rang their customer service few times and those ****ing indian must be from their national soccer team - kicked me like a ball - left me on the phone and just didnt say anything! I can hear those indians talking on the other side. no matter I say hello or shout at them, they just dont back to you. got another number from the aerlingus and spoke to their manager rupinder, he s a nice guy at least. He told me if I dont receive my ticket this morning then give himself a call. he ll look after me.
    Now its afternoon time. checked the website and FINALLy got my invoice showing on the site. but still no Eticket. without their confirmation I can not re-confirm any of my flight. will give them a call again in the afternoon. If I missed my flights, any chance I can sue this English agent here?

    called again just now. the manager told me I ll get the ticket before 5pm today. Hope so...:mad:

    still no ticket. only 2 working days left. still got no idea if I can go or not. The biggest **** they are.

    Have you got a booking reference on the invoice, something like YR4GFV?

    just back home now, like what I thought - I knew my email box gonna be nothing in it. really siht agent anyway. got their own booking ID but totally useless for any airline. just 6 numbers. 100390. again - never ever use this siht agent.

    every funny. called aer lingus again this morning, a nice woman took the call and checked everything carefully, finally she told me - your flight ticket had been cancelled on the 19th of July.

    WTF...
    spoke to the ABTA already and they r going to help me cause it seems the flying **** helplessline is no longer taking any call from Ireland.
