Cant see videos from digital camera on laptop

    Hi everyone when I connect my digital camera to my laptop all I can see are the photos. I cannot see the videos at all. Can anyone help!

    I have just noticed when I try to view my video it says codec aquired. Does anyone know what this means and what can I do. I can hear the video but cant view it.

    You need the codec to play the file. Try downloading VLC player and play it with that
