Banned from AH and prison????

Why was I banned, I was replying to posts aimed at me then today I'm banned for 7 days. My points were valid, then I try post in the prison forum and I'm locked out of that?, so I'm banned from AH and locked out of prison, where banned people are supposed to air their greivences. Can somebody please explain.

You were banned from AH only. You can only post in Prison when sitebanned.
