Laptop keypad

I'm having a problem with my laptop keypad (Dell Inspiron 640m about three years old). The comma button is electronically jammed or something because it presses down like the other buttons but it doesn't function when I'm typing aswell it randomly enters commas and doesn't stop until press backspace. When I boot the laptop it also beeps because it thinks I'm pressing the comma button. Also the shift key is acting up not allowing me to put a capital on some letters such as I. I have to use caps lock instead. The keypad for the cursor occasionally freezes and I have hold shift for it to function before it eventually returns to normal after a while. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
