hi all , i have a problem for as long as i can remember , when i walk my right foot turns inward - i had an accident when i was smaller in which i broke my right knee in 8 different places , from this my posture is off , when i stand straight one shoulder is higher than the other , just wondering would the accident have anything to do with my foot turning inward and also continuously walking like this will it cause me any postural damage down the line - my feet especially the soles and heel constantly tired - maybe there is someone who can make sense of this for me

there is an open thread regarding posture already dude, but it looks like you need more specific advice than what can be provided here. I'd suggest looking into getting a professional (doctor, physio etc)
