    Gotten engineers report..recommendations on it..seller says has fixed them..would it need to get another report done before submitting it to Insurance?Has anyone been refused insurance because everything wasnt correct on the report?

    You could get another engineers report yourself at a SIMI garage, it should cost about 40Euro. Dolmens will give you seven days to get the report from time of insurance activation.

    I'm just going through the process myself now, taking an extra week to get the work done and then hand in the cert. If you need to get work done just ring Dolmen and explain.

    EDIT: by cert i mean the engineers report. :)
