I've a serious periodontitis, I'm used to it but I want to streighten my teeth even If I have few bone left. I'm looking for a dentist who can apply the invisalign (the teeth should be really easy to move even because I had perfectly straight teeth few years ago) and then a splint to have the teeth definitively fixed (or nightly retainers).

I'm 3x years old, I live in western Ireland, an expert dentist who works in Dublin on saturday would be the best option :)

    thanks

you can't move teeth with active disease, you will only get further loss of attachment. the periodontitis needs to be very stable to get treatment

yes I meant i did the usual threatment (currettage, root scaling etc..) and now it's stable (few bone, craters but perfect gum). Since now I have this aesthetic problem I would like to use invisalign only for the 4 upper and lower teeth (the bite is good) I think is only a matter of few weeks

usually the dentists tend to tell me it's better not to stress them but since I noticed they tend to move slightly during the night because of the position of the head, why not to let them move in the right position with the braces... I think the invisalign cold even work as a retainer
