Video Account for Eflow

Anybody have any difficulties setting up a video account to pay M50 tolls? I've tried a number of times to set this up on the eflow website but it keeps crashing.......

I tried it and it never worked. It always crashed when I entered my reg plate details. Other cars were no problem - colleagues, random reg numbers from the carpark but no, not mine. I contacted eFlow about it 3 times via their webform with no reply. :mad:

So, gave up on that and bought a tag.
