just heading out for a cycle with two of my friends last night got a puncture,
patched and was trying to achieve 115psi with a micro pump when Neil passed and offered a track pump as he lived just around the corner.
really helped me out as one of my friends is a beast on the hills, (not due to muscle mass but due to the fact the weighs 56kg and is 6:4")
oh and if anyone is looking to buy a time trial bike Neil asked if i might pass on the word...

Sorrento is a beautiful, though slightly boring spot.

    Great place for lemons!
