Wiped iTunes by mistake

Ok, so here's the dealio...I was messin around with my iPod and was using a programme called SharePod to transfer all the songs from my iPod into a folder which you could then import into iTunes, but in the process its after completely wiping everything from iTunes...the problem is, half the stuff I had in iTunes wasn't on…
