Aqua Training anyone?

    Hi,

    Would be very interested to know if anyone has tried aqua training or pool running as a way of doing reps/keeping fit?

    I was told recently that I have to cut down my runs on-land as it were to 2/3 times per week maximum due to a serious knee problem however I'm still keen to run some middle distance races next year....probably with the aid of a walking stick!

    You will prob get more response if this is added to main page. it great way of keeping fit i would reccomend it if you can get to pool that often if not the eliptical machine also another option though not as affect from my experience
