    Anyone happen to pass here around quarter past 1 today? There was a firebrigade parked on the bridge, surrounded by on-lookers looking over the bridge.

    As I was one of those who didn't abandon my car to go over and have a gawk, I said I'd see if anyone here knew what was going on?

    Just curios. :)
