So I order something from this ebay "store" and it's not showed up 13 working days after it was despatched. I gave em an aul email and got a response within a half hr to say :
    Hello,

    thank you for your email,
We just contacted the transport company, the package seems to be lost. we are very sorry for this problem,
the transport company will start a research about the package.
We would like to sent a new package as soon as possible, but the last picks that we had in stock where sent to you,
we can sent a different set of picks if you want? you can then keep also keep the picks that we have sent to you when the transport company found the package.

are there an other picks you would like from pickboy?

we are very sorry for this problem, sorry for inconvience,

Seems like a good bit of customer service I suppose but how did they know that it's gone missing ? I didn't get any tracking number or anything and the listing just said "Other Int'l Postage (see description)". I'm a bit suspect of them being able to know how it's gone missing. Any ideas ?

Well they have 100% feedback on 1,200+ transactions so I would tend to trust them. What was your purchase? A pick for a guitar - if it's what I think it is - surely they would have posted it/them?

It was 50 guitar plectrums. It'd fit into a small jiffy bag.

Not all companies will give you a tracking number, but they will have one available for their own internal checking.

Seems they've responded quite well and the same way i'd respond. Basically Get the customer a replacement item asap & sort it out with the transport company later.
