i'm going to india for a month in november, 31 year old guy. voyage of self discovery or whatever. still trying to figure out where to go and what to see. don't want to be too touristy,won't be staying 5 star or anything. such a big country, anyone got any suggestions on what i really absolutely should see. i definitely want to go to darjeeling and to see the himalayas even from a distance. any help?
