Need a new charger and Battery for a dell inspiron 1300

Do you guys know anywhere I can buy such a charger and battery in dublin? preferably the city centre. I know I could ring dell but im looking to get them asap. I get a warning message when I turn the computer on that my battery is reaching the end of its usable life. There is also a slight tear at the top of my charger…

I get a warning message when I turn the computer on that my battery is reaching the end of its usable life.

There is also a slight tear at the top of my charger wire and when i plug the charger in it wont charge for me.

Any helo you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.
