    Looking for the best deals around on a PS3. A good deal on a 40GB with a few games would be nice.

    Has anyone spotted if stores are doing any decent bundles on the 80gb PS3s to offload them now that they are due to be replaced by a newer model at the start of September?

    if you've held out this long, there's no point in buying for the next month. The new model is supposed to be out in september and it's to be priced at €299 or £250, they're saying that the old one will not be reduced in price, but that's hardly possible, since the new one is slimmer and has a 120GB HD, if prices aren't reduced then the packages will be massively upped, might even get 2 controllers!!

    Think the price has been reduced in some outlets, including Xtravision.
    Check around before you buy, especially now.
