1. Vegas Nights is running the event.
2. The purpose of this event is commercial.
3. Tues 21st July. Village Inn, Clonee.
4. Registration from 7:30pm. Game Starts 8pm very sharp.
5. No prerequisites.
6. Tickets can be purchased on the night. Maximum number of players is 100.
7. Tjis is a NL Hold'em tournament.
8. Entry is €40 with no rebuys or add-on's.
9. Cost of registration is €5 which is included in the €40.
10. €35 per player is going into the Prize fund.
10a. 100% of the prize fund will be paid out in cash on the night.
11. €2,000 guarenteed prize pool.
12. No re-buys allowed.

VEGAS NIGHTS

Last week the game became push or fold towards the end. I want to develop the best blind structure possible for the amount of players and the time available. Any suggestions greatly welcomed.

I was thinking of making the following changes...

1) Start at 7:30pm (from next week on)
2) Leave out the 150/300 level.
3) Last week we had 8 tables set up so had 9 & 10 players per table. This week I'll set up 10 tables to put 8 players per table. This should speed the game up a bit.

The structure would then be...

Roy (the boy) Brindley will be playing this tonight. I have 24 copies of his book if anyone wishes to buy one I think they're €15 and he'll be available to sign them if anyone wants it.

There will also be a €50 bounty on Roy's head. If Roy makes the final table then he wins the €50 himself

I was going anyway but this makes it all the more sweeter!

I agree on a 7:30 start (pity you can't do this tonight!) and 8 hand-max tables. Looking forward to seeing if that will help later!

I played last night .Was a great game. Got knocked out by Roy in a race.
well done to Nick .I also played last tue and the same can be said about how well run it was.defo one of the best tourney's around.

Great game last night was on Roy's table for a couple of hours, good banter at the table. Deffo much better this week taking out the 150/300 level, allowed for better play after the break. Have to agree, very well run event.:)
